These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website dreamsdrywall.com (the "Site") operated by Dreamz Drywall & Contracting ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Our Services
Dreamz Drywall & Contracting is a drywall and interior finishing company based in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada. We provide drywall installation and repair, mudding and taping, interior painting, basement finishing and remodelling, framing, insulation and vapour barrier installation, trim and door installation, suspended ceiling systems, and related interior contracting services.
This Site is intended to provide general information about our company and services, and to allow visitors to request free estimates and contact us about potential projects.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 3. Estimate Requests and Contact Forms
When you submit a request for a free estimate or contact us through a form on this Site, you are submitting an inquiry only. Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. It does not guarantee that we will perform any work or that we will be available for your project.
Any estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon physical inspection of the work site. An estimate is not a binding quote unless we provide a separate written agreement or contract for the specific scope of work.
4. Service Agreements
All work performed by Dreamz Drywall & Contracting is subject to a separate agreement between us and the customer, which may be verbal or written depending on the scope of the project. These Terms of Use do not govern the terms of any service agreement.
Pricing, scope of work, timelines, warranties, and payment terms for any specific project will be discussed and agreed upon directly between the customer and Dreamz Drywall & Contracting before work begins.
5. Service Area
We are based in Ingersoll, Ontario and serve the surrounding region, including but not limited to London, Woodstock, St. Thomas, Tillsonburg, Stratford, and other communities within approximately 45 minutes of Ingersoll. Availability for projects outside this area is at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, page layout, and design, is the property of Dreamz Drywall & Contracting or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as viewing or printing a single copy for your own reference.
The Dreamz Drywall & Contracting name and logo are trademarks of Dreamz Drywall & Contracting. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dreamz Drywall & Contracting regarding your use of the Site. These Terms do not govern any separate service agreement between you and Dreamz Drywall & Contracting for contracting work.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
